- President - Meredith Flower
Presides over Executive Committee meetings. Selects committee chairs and assists in the selection of new teachers. Works with the Director and class reps regarding any questions or problems. Participates in Budget planning. Helps coordinate special events.
- Vice-President - Sue Yavor
Fills in for the President and heads fund-raising committee. Receives, records and places all orders in fund-raising projects. Oversees distribution of orders.
- Secretary - Kritie Beucler
Records and distributes the minutes of each Executive Committee Meeting. Handles correspondence and paperwork for September Parents' meeting in cooperation with the Membership Chair and the Director.
- Treasurer - Maureen Kelk
Collects, records and deposits all tuition. Sends out tuition notices and submits payment notices to church financial secretary. Also helps with deposits for special events and fund-raisers. Helps plan budget. Gives report at Executive Committee Meetings.
- Director - Georgie Perullo
Serves as liaison between the Church, Executive Committee, teachers and parents. Other duties include organizing special events, monitoring the Budget, overseeing curriculum, staff development and ordering supplies. Also approves bills, reimbursements and purchases. Gives sense of mission/vision to the Co-op
- Membership Chair - Georgie Perullo
Receives applications and required paperwork, distributes to staff. Organizes classes according to birth date. Checks phone messages daily and returns calls to prospective parents. Gives school tours to interested new parents. Works with the Director and the President in preparing for Parents' Night.
- Teachers - Marie Buffum, Sue Colonna, Vivian Robichaud, and Meredith Marks
Responsible for day-to-day classroom operations including curriculum design, field trip plans, class parties and student progress reports.
- Mother's Morning Out Coordinator - Betsy Schilero
Oversees and plans the MMO program. Teachers and supervises toddler class, along with the MMO aide Sharon DeStefano. Responsible for room set-up, fee deposits and record keeping.
